      I would raise turn aswell, he could have a FD or LP so raising here is +ev On the river re-evaluate the card then decided whether to check/raise...

      You can either raise pre and cBet Flop.

      Or you can

      Check Pre, Bet any Flop, possibly barrel the TUrn on a scare card.

      Now it is easy with TP since you can valuebet Flop,Turn & River probably I don't see villain openlimping with KJ/AJ that often. More with JT,J9,J8
