  I have passed the quiz and received the bonus and now I want to cash out... Is that possible or not?

  This is not possible because otherwise you are not eligible to get the additional $100 bonus.

  Actually, I believe that you can cash out any time (Even immediately), at least there is no "cashout restrictions" in the cashier.

  Cashing out before clearing the bonus truly is lame, it must be the easiest bonus across all poker sites to clear. Grow a pair man, clear that bonus and wait til party offer you a 1st time deposit bonus and clear that too.
