      I would raise a BB more preflop due more deadmoney in the pot. Count a deadmoney poster as a limper next time ;)

      As played, $0.6/$0.7 is fine but give up on the Turn because you don't have that much fold equity and you only have Ace-high

      The rule of twice the pot only applies for the Flopplay since then you have more equity (With a flushdraw eg. your equity is around 35% with 2 cards to come while it is just 17% with 1 card to come)
