      hey there!

may i introduce myself: random austrian donk, 22 atm. playing poker for about a year now.

i started with BSS FR on stars, NL2 (not tracked), received the 50$ on partypoker and 888 (oh, dont forget about mansion) -> donked them away :f_confused:
than i moved my roll to FTP (NL50 FR), i played some hands on an other ipoker site. i was shotting NL100, but decided to give SH a try. so i moved down to NL50 SH. first i was running hot, but my skill was like :f_eek: :f_o: :f_mad:
so after a few xxk hands i lost .. well, lets say a few buy ins:

my first year of poker, 2009:

      bb-graph:

so i decided to move back to FR, where i - hopefully - have an edge.

thats what my br looked like at the end of december:
      BR:
      code:
      FTP: $ 770,82 36.126,33 FTPs
      Party: $ 0 906 PP
      Stars: $ 0 522,70 FPP (77 T$)
      Everest: $ 631,69
      TAF: $ 125
      MB: $ 327,70

      roundabout 1,8-2k$
it changed a bit, but unfortunatly not that much :(

over the xmas holidays partypoker gave me a 200$ bonus, which - in addition to the cash mashine - gives not that bad rakeback.
i also play on FTP to release the endyear bonus, which should be done by the middle of february (perfect :f_love: )

so the plan for the rest of this month is the following:
+ 7 *1k hands on partypoker (~50 pp), to release 100$ bonus and 50$ promo
+ 12 ironman days on FTP, ~800-1k hands each day
+ the rest of the hands i will play on everest (NL50/NL100 mixed) and/or stars (NL25/NL50)

the reason why i start a thread here: why not?
i do already write a few posts on the german forum, but 2 times doubles the fun :f_pleased:
tbh i was lazy in school. very lazy. very very ... i think u know. and for the last 2 or 3 years i havent done that much to keep the language "skill" i have (exept some chating, and listening to music :f_biggrin: ).
so why not reading and writing a bit in english, to not forget the few things i know?

thats all i have to say. for the moment. feel free to flame me for my mistakes, my posts, my pokerskill. gogogogo

last few days are running well. i started to mix some NL100 tables on pp to earn the required pp faster.
i'm a bit on scared money (7 stacks arent that much :f_cool: ), but, u know: who cares.

      what a weekend ... :O

poker rush sux. nearly crushed my br on FTP, and i can do nothing against it.

8 buy-ins left for NL50, i hope i can clear my end-year bonus with it oO
i think i will cash out and try an other site. i already thought about it a few times to leave FTP, but wasnt able to find a good alternative. any suggestion with good traffic (exept stars; dont like the VIP system)? what about cake?

on party i released the first 100$ bonus, the promo will give me another ~40-45$. curious what the new promo in february will be.
NL100 is fine there. reduced my losses on the limit to 17-18 stacks or something like that. the time i will be break-even on NL100 i could play NL200 oO
the problem there is table selection. not that much tables for FR, and waitinglists with 5++ people ... or just <20% players/flop.

alright, thats how i run on FTP this month:

yesterday my mum told me something, but i wasnt able to remember what it was about exactly. when i asked her she answered: "thats the reason why u are not able to win" - cause i cant remember the easiest things. fml

      but i released ~300$ bonus ;(

i checked the shop already to get an idea of what i can do with my FTPs if i cash out, but havent made a decision yet. i have 44,5k FTPs (and ~700-750 iron man medals).
an ipod would be fine, but therefore i have to grind some more (and loose some more money too obv :O ) ...

any suggestion with good traffic (exept stars; dont like the VIP system)? what about cake?

Wow, that last graph looks tough. Is it only NL50FR? I've been running like you this month :) Only NL50SH on FTP.

the graph is FTP only this month, yeah. maybe there are some NL10 hands (rush poker lol) and some NL25, but mainly NL50.
i think FTP is rigged. thats why we run that bad. its not our skill, its FTP :f_o:

played a few hands yesterday, ftp and pp: ~50$ up. on the last hands i got KK and got it in against a midstack with aces. otherwise i would have won ~70-80$.
but its fine for about an hour.

time for a month review :)

      FTP + PP + EVP:

      PP + EVP only:

      quit FTP :f_frown:

      with rakeback i'm ~1k up.
still missing 1k from bf, hope i will get the money back ...

      BR:
      code:
      FTP: $ 516,66 46.080 FTPs
      Party: $ 1.326,83 1.579 PP
      Stars: $ 192,65 676 FPP (66 T$)
      Everest: $ 1.275,82
      TAF: $ 125
      MB: $ 127,70

      Total: $ 3.564,66

i hope february will be better, as i can play more on EVP and PP. theres no need to play that much on FTP, cause the endyear bonus is nearly finished.

      short update:
2k-3,5k hands played so far this month. hopefully i can reach my target of 15k hands ...
i'm done with ftp and going to cash out after the next rakeback.

next time i find some good NL200 tables i will play 1 in addition to NL50/NL100.
watched 2 cr-videos yesterday, and i'm motivated to destroy the limits :f_thumbsup:

      NL100 and NL200 so far =)

but just be for this month. who cares, 6k hands isnt that much. i hope that i'm motivated to grind a bit on the weekend.

did u know, that an iso-raise on NL200 is as big as a shortstackers stack on my "standard" limit? :f_eek:

and yeah, NL200 is fun. i feel free cause i can jump the limits and play whatever i like. there is a wider range where i can search for good tables. NL50 SH? yeah, why not. NL200 FR? sure thing. i really like it

lets see how i can perform for the rest of the month.
