      Preflop: Don't like the limp, I would prefer to just raise it up.

      As played
      Flop: Raising bigger, ~$0.40.
      Turn: Also raising bigger.
      River: Making smaller bet for value, when you bet so big then it will be pretty hard for him to Call with some TP hand.
