      No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      Button ($19.70)
      SB ($21.28)
      BB ($10.96)
      UTG ($18.92)
      MP ($40.97)
      Hero (CO) ($26.27)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 4, 6
2 folds, Hero bets $0.60, 1 fold, SB calls $0.50, BB raises $1.60, Hero calls $1.20, 1 fold

      Flop: ($4.20) 6, 3, 7 (2 players)
BB bets $4.40, Hero raises $24.47 (All-In), BB calls $4.56

      Turn: ($22.12) 6 (2 players, 1 all-in)

      River: ($22.12) 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

      Total pot: $22.12

Is this fine calling pre with position and implied odds? And then is my shove ok on the flop against a half stack, I figure even if he has an over pair I have 9outs.

it depends what you think his range are
If it is only overpairs, like 88+ and AK then better fold your hand even being ip, since you have to go a lot of times if you hit low board
postflop is shove or fold and since you have enough outs even if you´re behind then shove is ok
