Full Tilt Poker $25.00 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

      UTG+1: $38.90
      UTG+2: $25.00
      MP1: $36.77
      Hero (MP2): $106.03
      CO: $50.91
      BTN: $25.00
      SB: $26.82
      BB: $66.40
      UTG: $25.00

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is MP2 with 9 :spade: 7 :spade:
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.85, 2 folds

      Flop: ($2.05) J :spade: 3 :club: 9 :diamond: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      Turn: ($2.05) 9 :club: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.05, BTN calls $2.05

      River: ($6.15) J :club: (2 players)
Hero bets $3.00, BTN calls $3

Villain is 14/8 with 3.3 AF on 1.3k hands.

When he checks back flop I give him mid-pair or what he percieves as a weak Jx checking back for bluff induce so when I spike trips on turn I pot size it as he will be calling a large portion of his range for sure.

On River I decide to bet/fold just 1/2pot to increase the number of hands in his range that will call. Should I have bet bigger? He could call a larger bet with TT or a flush if he had one. probably not 88 though.

I would bet out myself on this board, since it is quite dry and you often take it down or if you get floated KQ, AQ, Tx then you have always option to c/c turn and then decide if you want to call down with second pair.
bet/folding river is ok. Hard him to call bigger bet with A high or flush, so I like your bet size
