Hi. Never sure what to do on the turn in these spots. Should I give BB credit for the queen and check behind/fold river. Or 2nd barrel for free showdown and value vs the flush draw?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $25.00
      MP3:
      $32.05
      CO(Hero):
      $29.40
      BU:
      $3.55
      SB:
      $85.25

Preflop: Hero is CO with J, T.
MP3 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, BB calls $0.50.

      Flop: ($1.6) Q, 6, 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.00, BB calls $1.00.

      Turn: ($3.6) T (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.25, BB calls $2.25.

      River: ($8.1) 9 (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks.

      Final Pot: $8.1.

I think betting turn for value is fine and then check back river
Yo shouldn´t get blown off your hand by worse hands, also you´re protcting your hand against draws and if player doesn´t like to fold his 77-99 or 6x then you also betting for value
So I like your turn bet, rather than checking behind for pot control and if draws mis, then you have to call river bet anyway
