      Raise it up preflop, he's bad and limp/folding & limp/call+check/folding a lot most likely. Also when you bink a set you need the pot bigger.

      Hey look at that, we a set in a limped pot, how sad is that :p Raise bigger on the flop, $0.25 or $0.4 doesn't make a difference to most nl5 players they'll call all the same, but you miss a lot of value all the way if you start with a smaller raise. I'd also bet bigger on the turn closer to 3/4 pot. River donkbet screams "hey i have 5x", but the heart flushdraw missed and he could also have some weird two pairs, so i guess it depends on how likely you think he's to bluff/donk with worse in that spot. I'd probably call when in doubt.
