      Preflop: I would raise a bit bigger preflop, 3,5xBB or even 4xBB.
      Flop: Also raise a bit more, ~$1.60.
      Turn: As he called your flop raise I would prefer to just go for a pot control and just Call his minbet and try to find out with what he is doing that, it could be also that he is trying to catch you with some set or something similar.
      River: Calling the smallish bet.
