      I'd make the flop and turn raises a bit bigger, just so that we have less than potsize left on the river.
      I'd pot raise flop, so that turn would be $1.32, then I'd make it $1 on turn so that river would be $3.32 and then villain only has a little over $3 and we can easily put him all in.

      But even as you played it, I'd just shove river over his db. He'll hardly ever have a T here, so we really don't have to worry about that. If he has something like JJ-KK (he could have it since he's so passive pre-flop), he's never folding and maybe he won't even fold a 7 or 88-99.

      So, don't be afraid of shoving river. We have the best hand here a ton!
