      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      UTG1:

      UTG2:
      $98.70
      MP1:
      $53.55
      MP2:
      $66.35
      MP3:
      $24.85
      CO:
      $85.90
      BU(Hero):
      $61.10
      SB:
      $114.45
      BB:
      $100.60

Preflop: Hero is BU with 9, 9.
      3 folds, MP2 raises to $1.75, MP3 calls $1.75, CO folds, Hero calls $1.75, 2 folds.

      Flop: ($6) 7, 7, 9 (3 players)
      MP2 bets $4.00, MP3 folds, Hero calls $4.00.

      Turn: ($14) K (2 players)
      MP2 bets $9.90, Hero raises to $24.00

Should I just call Turn? and raise River?
Do I have the luxury to give a free card in this situation? (I think "yes")

I wanted to get more value so I raised - probably a bad Turn (scare) card to raise on, right?

      What's the best line?

unless you have maniac image then you can´t really take any other line that call flop, call turn and shove to river bet.
If you like raising on small paired boards with 8T, 9x, some pp-s or bluffs then you can also raise that board with nuts and expect no credit from your opponents.
If you raise turn then it looks really strong and I think any overpair or Kx would fold to that raise
