Hard to say without reads, there aren't that many made hands for him to have there. If he's nuts just shove the flop, if he's very tight it might even be a fold. If you think there is a chance he's doing that for value with a worse K that he might fold to a flop jam your line is okay, so is bet/call flop check/shove turn if you think he can bluff the flop and bluff again the turn.

I'd tend to just plain fold or shove the flop against a guy i don't know very well, depending on whether i view him as tight or insane, because really to account for his huge flop raise he needs to either really like his hand or be really aggro.

I'd bet a bit more on both flop and turn but no big deal.

River is a fine check back if you think he doesn't have many Ax hands in his range, but i think he does. He's limp/calling even tho it's from UTG and check/calling two streets, i think he has a bunch of top pairs in his range. Also, fish will often donk out that river if they made the flush, so i think it's still a value shove for a 1/2 bet.

      Hope it helps.
