      Raise the flop for value to $0.7. As played bet more on the turn, ~$0.65 will do.

      On the river no idea really without reads, the question being whether he can either bluff with something like JT or take that "slowplay" line with a worse Jx. That depends entirely on how that guy is playing. Because he limped from UTG he's likely on the passive side so he probably doesn't show up with a bluff there very often, but he might still do that with a worse Jx sometimes, the problem being he can also have better Jx hands to balance that. It's a tough fold to make, not sure what i'd do myself without a better idea of how he plays.
