      consider how drawy is board I would prefer betting turn for value.
      against loose player I would call river bet. You´re ahead enough times there imo and I think he´d turn hands like 66, 7x or Tx into bluff and would often bet himself on the river.
      Ofcourse if player is passive then you can also fold.
