I might someday feel like making a small bet via partypoker (very rarely, only because of bad weather or illness) and I suppose i can't use my starting capital which is fine by me, as i probably wont ever use the bets option.

Well what i am wondering is if i can use my winnings (what i have over 50$) for other partyfeatures if i havent cleared the bonus

      Hi stubbornd0nkey,

Your right, the PokerStrategy starting capital is solely for use on poker and is not to be used for casino/betting etc.

Whilst there is nothing stopping you from using any profits you make on these facilities, it is best to clear your starting capital first (again, can only be done by playing poker).
Once you have cleared the starting capital, you are free to withdraw, try other aspects or indeed continue to use it to build up a poker bankroll.

I would just point out that whilst PokerStrategy can help give you an edge on playing poker, casino games in particular are extremely -ve EV and it is unlikely you will end in profit in the long term.
If you want to stake bets now and again, it is best to deposit from a separate fund for this purpose and keep your poker bankroll separate.

      Hope this helps, best regards,

      Bart

      Hi Bart,

It really helps. I'm not thinking about using any casino features (i know they are rigged to only return a certain percentage to the players).
It is also very unlikely that I will ever use the Bets option too. Maybe under some rare conditions. I prefer to bet in person, there are many advantages. Like the straight-forward cash withdraw if I win. I just wanted to make sure, just in case some of those circumstances arose.

Again, you helped a lot, everything I wanted to know was answered, and more.

      Thank you,

      Boris
