      Should fold flop?

I always get in this situation, going to shove Aces or Kings in the Flop, usually I win, sometimes I strumble in a set. Is that the right decision?

I'm no expert or anything, but I would have just called the BB for sure when he raised to $0.80 and then give him the momentum on the Turn. You didn't post the result so I assume you got beaten. I would just avoid raising battles as the emotions begin to get involved and stupid plays are often the end result.

When your opponent went all-in you only had a $0.39 call into a large pot, so there was really no sense folding.

I would say that you probably played the hand just fine, you were just in a hopeless position. just make a note on that opponent and be more cautious when you play him next.

      Hi,

      #1

If you're usually ahead and only sometimes run into a better hand i don't think why you're dwelling on it, going broke is fine. Tho i wouldn't make that small 3bet on the flop, i'd go for $0.7 instead.

I don't like just calling the $0.8 4bet either unless i know he's full of shit a lot of the time. By seeing a turn we might both get outdrawn if he's drawing and lose action from a worse hand if the board gets scarier, we're better off putting the money in on the flop if we're continuing.

Raise bigger on the flop and go broke, barring a read that this flop line is a strong line on his part. By default to me it just means, "i'm scared with my 99". As played the turn isn't the best card but there is already too much money in the pot and he could very well have AK that he won't fold or some flushdraw/combo draw.

      Hope it helps.
