      Sure. He could have any two pairs, KQ, even one of the two lower sets. If he has a flushdraw he's not all that far behind.

      So since he's tight overall and it looks like it's a flop that helps us a lot, i don't think he's raising you lightly at all. Better safe than sorry against nits with marginal top pairs, folding is fine.
