      Hero shows a pair of tens(T T).

      MP3 wins with a pair of jacks(J J).

should i have not bet when the flush draw completed? and when there was a Ace high on the board and my re-raised was called? showing strength that he may have the Ace pair which has me beat and may have a completed flush draw, although unlikely?

Sure, turn is a clear check back, you don't beat anything he donk/called the flop with once the flushdraw gets there, it's not unlikely at all. A small bet to try and draw cheaply, followed by a call is a very common line for fish with a flushdraw.

      Hope it helps.
