      Hello!

      I still have some problems.

      You sent me an email where you said: unfortunately the ID you sent mismatched the profile on our website.

      What was the problem? Maybe I have to make a new photo of my ID card?
      Or what I should do?

      i believe that they are saying the details you register are not the same whit those on your ID card. That i think means mismatch. check it out

      This means that the details on your ID do not match the details you registered with which is why you have not passed the ID check.

      Hi Emosibulane,

      If the details you entered were a simple spelling mistake or genuine mistype then I would suggest contacting support with your correct details and an explanation as to what happened.

      If however you entered false details, there is nothing we can do, you agreed to provide your correct details when signing up.
