I like your fold, it's better than to start calling down a tight guy with 2nd pair for no good reason. He shouldn't be raising often to begin with, especially on a board that looks like it could have hit you rather hard if he's thinking a bit. You have blockers to QJ so a straight draw isn't that likely, and even if he's on a flushdraw first he'll improve to beat you a third of the time by the river, and second he might semibluff the turn again and you can't reasonably call again. Folding right on the flop is the correct decision.
