Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:

Preflop: Hero is BU with Q, 8.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, SB folds, BB calls $0.15.

      Flop: ($0.42) 2, K, 7 (2 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero raises to $0.40, BB raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.60.

      Turn: ($2.42) 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.00, BB raises to $1.97, Hero calls $0.97.

      River: ($6.36) 9 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $6.36.

      Results follow:

      Hero shows a flush, queen high(Qc 8c).
BB shows a pair of kings(Ad Kc).

Hero wins with a flush, queen high(Qc 8c).

This is a hand I know I got a bit lucky. I min-reraise a donk bet and then call a 3 bet on the flop. The whole idea was the semi bluff. The betsizing is probably horrible so please critique away!

100% fine to raise flop. But wouldn't min-raise. Semi-bluff = pot equity + fold equity. You have good pot equity with the flush draw, but little to no fold equity when you min-raise

Everything is ok but the bet sizing.

Agreed. Make it around $0.7-$0.8 on the flop if you want him to be able to fold anything.

As played it's fine. You did get lucky to hit your card, but you had okay 3:1 odds on the flop (you need 4:1 with a flushdraw) with very likely implied odds since donk/min3bet lines usually are quite strong, plus you had position, so your line is mathematically sound and it'll show a profit even if you miss the turn most of the time.

      Hope it helps.
