      Raise bigger preflop to $0.25 against the weak limper. C-bet a tad bigger on the flop around $0.25.

      Turn play depends a lot on the guy and what you think his range is on the flop. Can he have total air and if so will he bet again when checked to on that turn, would he minraise a monster, can he take that line with another flushdraw. Since he limp/called preflop i'd likely assume he's on the passive side, so i might just bet out that turn myself to prevent him checking behind with stuff like 7x/88+. Don't think you can fold either way without a better read tho.
