With the SB flat calling on the flop after a Bet and a Raise I would fold here, because your 3 Outs for the Straight (not count the Ten of Clubs) often only gives you a Splitpot here. You only drawing for the Nutflush here and you maybe don´t have 9 Outs here, since BU or SB could hold a FD as well.

So I guess that BU or SB are holding a FD or the Straight. Maybe Two Pair with QJ.

So with SB flat calling I would have folded.

      Hi Kaitz20!

I think 11 outs are worth it to risk your whole stack here. Nice hand! :D

      Good luck at the tables!

      @Puschkin

How do you can count 11 Outs here with the action on the flop?
The cold call after a Bet and a Raise from the SB on the flop should concern us. He could hold the Straight or a FD as well, any other Hand makes no real sence here.
BU is maybe betting with an Ace the FD or Straight.

For the FD I would give me 7 or 7.5 Outs and that all clean Outs to win the pot.
My Straight Outs are not clean, since often I will split the Pot. I might be able to give me 1.5 Out here with that Action on the Flop.

So we might have 9 Outs and we risk $4 to win $13 (if both call since we have no Fold Equity), but we need 4:1 but only have 3:1. So easy fold.

Even with 11 Outs we still play slightly -EV.

LOL...Puschkin & Berliner, are you two having a race today or what? Answering all the posts within seconds/minutes of each other :D

I'm guessing that BU was hoping that SB is an idiot. What's the point of feeding the rake with a huge bet on the river when the board has the nuts?

You are definitely giving too much credit to your opponents. Any Ax is possible here as well as two pair. Even QT, JT, maybe Kx is possible here. Maybe you can discount one out from the 12 outs because of some draws. Since we only have to invest $3.50 to win $13 (which is 3.7:1) our push is +EV (because we need 1.4:1). Even with only 6 outs our push is +EV (3.1:1)!

      Good luck at the tables!

I think our coach is seeing some monsters under his bed :D For me it's an all-in, too. If one of these guys would already have the straight he would bet/raise more to protect his hand.

I could have played that check/call, check/fold turn ui, but there was already some dead money in the pot and even though I´m probably not winning that hand over 50% it should be +ev for all the dead money in the pot.

BU had QJ, and SB J :club: 7 :club: , knowing that was my push still correct?

@ knight SB actually thought about it 20 seconds, before he decided to call:D

Uh, we need 4:1 with 9 outs when seeing two cards since... when?

The odds are fantastic and I think that you have to at least half count the straight outs too, compulsory push.

I guess thats my general problem, even in the Coachings, that I give them to much credit.
