First attempt to NL25 @ stars is epic :) I'm happy with my red line though.

NightFrostaSS is this a good start?

      Coolers + card dead + 2, 3 tilt

      =

Now my monthly graph looks like this:

That's why I grinded 40 BI for NL25 to not go down to NL10 again. I hope there is no downswing in near future.

stop worrying about the red line at NL25 for gods sake , so many coaches said that people at micro stakes worry to much about the red line , they should not even consider the red line. Try playing strong ABC poker without considering the red line and I m 100% u will have good winning sessions. Since Brian Townsend made a video where he 3bet 89s, every one has gone nuts with the red line, especially at the micro limits.

Still for a winning player it's far more profitable to move up aggressively imo, unless you have serious tilt problems.

Also getting out of comfort zone forces you to think deeper about the game so it makes your development as a poker player faster, both playing skill, and tilt control wise.

Some people would obv disagree with me, but it's all based on my personal experience and doesn't fit to everyone.

      Speaking of the red line...

A lot of games I play my all-in EV is very VERY negative. Imagine you are sitting at a NL25 table where people play 40bb stacks, put their first 15bb in very loosely, and then only call off their remaining 25bb in with something extremely strong. At such a table the correct way to play would be simply to raise 4bb preflop, bet 10bb on the flop, and shove any turn to take advantage of the high fold equity. When you get called you almost always lose. Now if you focus on the red line while playing in a game like this (a lot of low limit games are somewhat like this with 2-barreling being +ev) it means NOTHING. Your red line tells you what you should be winning on average in SHOWDOWNS but as most players know, in NL hold'em most money is won without a showdown.

So in conclusion as has been stated, kill the red line :)

I ended today's session I've put sick volume today. 10 tabling really comforts me :)

I think I can move up to NL25 when I have like 2.5k or so...

I'm not worried about my red line... I'm just playing in a someway which brings me positive red line. I'm totally OK with negative red line. I think by the end of May I can move up NL50 if I'm not broke already :f_biggrin: :f_biggrin:

He should had folded after the flop re-raise, right?
It seems like an interesting hand, so someone with decent BSS knowledge please analyze it.

I don't fold jacks to a 3bet. Never ever ever ever.... Doesn't matter if I'm IP or OOP. OOP sucks I mainly play for set value, occasionally may shove it as an over pair. IP I may call one street to see if there is still some aggression going on. Opponent has the following stats:

      39/34/5.5

VPIP %55 on BU Cbet %91

      Over 87 hands

      February almost finished...

This month, I moved up to NL25, grinded to keep my Gold star rank @ stars and did, currently grinding to clear 100 bonus FTP bonus. Once I'm done with the bonus, I'm going for 1200 $ bonus on Euro Poker. I'm on a heater since 2 days. My queens hold up against AK, or my AK hits against Queens...

I'm almost playing the same game which I was playing @ NL10 and so far successful. Here's update...
