      I'd make it $0.2 preflop so that UTG2 is more inclined to just go broke preflop, or at least so that he's committed on most flops when he just calls.

      Flop I'd put UTG2 all-in.

      As played turn is okay tho i wouldn't mind still going broke against a guy as loose as CO, and as played on the river I think I'm calling getting nearly 4:1. CO doesn't look spazzy so far but you never know with the fish and we don't need to be ahead that often with 2nd pair.
