      BB: $25.00
      UTG: $8.50
      Hero (UTG+1): $26.90
      UTG+2: $53.30
      MP1: $27.70
      MP2: $25.00
      CO: $28.75
      BTN: $4.90
      SB: $31.75

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG+1 with Q  Q :diamond:
UTG calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.10, 2 folds, MP2 raises to $3.50, 5 folds, Hero calls $2.40

      Flop: ($7.60) 2  4 :diamond: J :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $4, Hero calls $4

      Turn: ($15.60) T :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $9, Hero raises to $19.40 all in, MP2 calls $8.50 all in

      River: ($50.60) 5 :diamond: (2 players - 2 are all in)

      mp2: 20/14, AF 4(4.2-4.2-3), 3bet 5%, 1300 hands.

In this situation his 3bet range is max 4% like: TT+, AQs+, AKo - so I am fliping against this range.

Preflop: I think It is standard, call oop with qq isn`t so bad, I can fold when A or K appears.

Flop:I hate my flop play, cause he is pretty agressive and just by calling i do not get any information, so I think it is good spot to donkbet to get information, but on the other hand he is agressive and can bluffraise me with Ak and then i have to fold.
Other possibility is raise flop, when he calls he always have better hand.
Turn: As played i should fold turn, but i couldn´t becouse he is capable to fire socond barrel with AK so I just shoved. If I donkbet turn I am commited.

So in generally, is it good play to make on the flop some moves like donkbet or somelike minraise?

if he is 3-betting with AQs+, TT+ then you´re way ahead of his range
So I think 4-bet and calling shove is fine play there against aggressive player
Since you´re should get all-in on low boards flop, so you can also do that pf.
postflop: I think that player c-bet that board 100% with his whole range, so c/min-raise and then calling shove is good move, since he might easily shove there with worse hands
you can´t c/f turn, so c/rai is ok play
don´t try to get away big hands for 100bb. If he has KK/AA, then it is just a cooler.
