Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      CO:
      $33.11
      BU:
      $25.00
      SB:
      $25.10
      BB (Hero):
      $25.00
      UTG2:
      $27.47
      MP1:
      $15.38
      MP2:
      $25.00
      MP3:
      $49.93

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8, 4.
      UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, 5 folds, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.6) Q, 5, 8 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.60, MP1 calls $0.60.

      Turn: ($1.8) 6 (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.20, MP1 calls $1.20.

      River: ($4.2) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $2.50, Hero folds, MP1 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $4.2.

Villain is unknown. Flop bet is standart for me (correct me if I'm wrong). The question is if I can bet on turn profitably again on that card. There aren't many draws that hit better hand so I decided to bet again and give up if I get called/raised. Is this play weak? should I just check behind? If the turn was K do I bet again?

since you have pair, then betting out is reasonable and after you get called then c/f turn or depends on your reads either fire three bullets or call him down
I would prefer c/f turn, since even if he has flushdraw he won´t fold that to your turn bet and you have to guess river if he is bluffing or not
