      Just raise it up preflop anyway, that 34/2 guy will call with a ton of dominated hands that you'll stack easily given the effective stack size, and CO already announced by overlimping that he has nothing good, either he'll fold and leave you heads-up with the fish or he'll overcall with whatever pocket pairs / pretty suited connector he has and fold to a c-bet on most flops.

      Postflop looks like as played, if you think he can make that flop minraising stuff with some hands that will fold to a jam you can also just shove on him.
