He seemed pretty weak-loose but I didn't have many hands on him and hadn't seen any of his showdowns. Is this calling down best here? Cos I mean all Ax has me beat - and so the only hands I beat are bluffs. But I think he is capable of bluffing so idk what to do.

      Hi,

Well it's certainly not horrible provided he's capable of bluffing there, but really if he's "weak-loose" i'm having a hard time believing he overbet the pot 2x and went broke without an A. Usual argument would be "there is only one A left in the deck it's hard for him to have it", truth is it still means he could have like ~50 combos of A2-AK, the fish love Ax.

So, if you have reason to believe he's crazy enough to take that line as a bluff it's fine, if not chances are his line is as indicative of the nuts as it can be.

      Hope it helps.

Well he turned up with T8o :P I didn't really know how to describe 54/7 stats other than weak loose really - but I really did think he could bluff here.

      Hi,

NH then, and next time just say 54/7 ;) Honestly that alone likely wouldn't have changed my opinion much in this case, but it's better to state facts than to apply your own conclusions on them if you're not sure they're accurate.

      Hope it helps.
