      Once again im lost preflop with QQ. Opponent was pretty tight , but he has a loose stealing range.

      First of all: this is not a classic blind battle because two opponents already limped into the pot before the SB raised. It would be a blind battle if everyone would have folded to the SB.
      I think you can fold to the $70 raise of the SB. Obviously he is willing to risk his whole stack. According to his stats he seems to play really tight. For this reason it's a fold imo.
