Is my value bet too thin here? Would he even call with QJ, AJ, AT or QT type of hands? The only worse hand which would make sense and would almost always call is KQ. On the other hand, there are huge amount of strong hands (two pair and sets) that he slowplayed on the flop, but because the board turned to be pretty ugly for him he decided to just call me down.

I don't think this is a great spot for valuebetting the river, as you've mentioned the only worse hand that can call a 3rd barrel here is KQ, I doubt he will make hero-call with AJ, even though he's loose and spewy it appears he only takes his quality hands to showdown. Only reason I would be inclined to valubet here is if I've 3-barrelling with missed draws and air and villain has loosened his calling range on river.

it depends a lot of your image and how often player is calling you down
Mostly to me it is also easy valuebet, expect fish to c/r at some point with two pair or better hand
