      Fold preflop OOP against a person with 5% pfr isn't good.

      Agreed. If it's suited it's a call and you're playing for more than a pair, but playing it offsuited out of position against a tight range is just asking for trouble, you don't even have 30% equity against AQ+,99+ and your hand's playability is horrible unless you flop huge.

      As played well, you're guessing. Flop is a mandatory call, turn is close already since 22/5/2 usually aren't in the habit of betting that turn without Qx+ and you don't beat any of those hands. His bet sizing is roping you in but he's bet small all the way so that's just the way he plays. River likely is a fold, but again, who knows. Just fold preflop and save yourself the trouble until you have a better hand or a better handle on his game.
