      I'd just raise the turn and get it in like it's the nuts, i give no credit to that donk/call line of his on the flop and he turn bet looks like he's kinda scared, but that doesn't mean he's ready to fold yet, especially in steal situation. He could still have stuff like QJ with or without the Qc, i doubt he's getting away from that.

      As played on the river it depends whether you think that guy can have a set or two pairs on the flop and not 3-bet them, by default i'd say he can't and still value raise that river.
