I'm just wondering if I can really make that call on the river?

Opponent is an aggressive TAG regular with 12/11/4.4/34

I wonder if he fires a third barrel with anything but a full house here? His flop aggression is rather high, but his turn aggression is quite low, river very high though, so I guess he gives up most turns without hit and then bets all his hits for value on three streets?

I think you can´t really do anything than call him down. You can try to make hero laydown but with trips it is really difficult. Sometimes he´d show KJ or KQ and since you hold one K then it is really hard him having AK.
Also he can maybe play the same way his AJss, AQss where he picked up flushdraw and now shoving river for value

And you think he will shove the river with anything that I can beat? On NL50?

why should nl 50 be any different. If he is opened KJ he´d definitely shove river from value
Problem here is that player is quite tight, so likely you´re often behind there, but since you really didn´t raise on the flop or turn then he can easily put you on smt like TT and might shove anything better than that hand for value.
So yes if you want to make hero fold, you can do it, but if you try to make these folds too often, you just get bluffed out too many times.
