      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
      SB ($9.50)
      BB ($70.24)
      UTG ($9.45)
      UTG+1 ($49.25)
      UTG+2 ($51.46)
      MP1 ($44.89)
      CO ($11.50)
      Hero ($9.25)

      Dealt to Hero J:heart: K:diamond:

UTG calls $0.50, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $2, fold, fold, UTG raises to $9.45 (AI), Hero ??( AI)

Villain has super fish stats: 49/9. Limp/Raise 27%.

      So that translates to a about 13% range? Equilator gives KJo 36% against 66+, A7s+, KTs+, A9o+, KJo+

My equity calculation says i need ~38% equity. Is this right?

      7.25/19.25 = ~37.6%

Anyway i called and he showed A4o, can i now give him a much bigger range for the Limp/Raise?

      Something like 22+, A2s+, KJs+, QJs, A2o+, KJo+, QJo

      Hey elhh82,

this villain will have a wiiide limp/raise range specially against a shorty against who a shove isn't so costly. So, I believe your bigger range should be correct or he might limp/raise even bigger range.

I would like to also know what's your sample size on the villain, but in general I would just bet/broke KJ here against this fish. However, I prefer isolating such a player with hands with higher preflop equity(isolating for value), because I think you can expect to get limp/raised alot here.

Your equity calculations are correct, you just might include rake as well next time by making it 7.25*0.95/19.25 to be more accurate.
