Valuebetting the turn is standard in my book, i might even make it bigger.

On the river a read on the guy would really help, but the simple fact that he limp/called preflop makes me want to call that river by as a default. While a tag would most likely not be good enough to valuebet worse than a flush/maybe a set in that spot, the fish often merge their ranges in these spots anyway because you checked to them and they don't know what they're doing, you'll see Ax and Jx a bunch in spite of the flush getting there. It might also be a bluff with a lone busted diamond. Of course they'll bet their flushes too and it's not unusual for them to slowplay them on the turn, but sometimes they'll raise it, which tightens the value range that beats you on the river.

If for some reason you think that guy is a tag, then his value range on the river is a lot stronger and he's also less inclined to show up with completely busted stuff after floating two streets. Coupled with the half pot bet that looks very valuebettish, it's a lot closer and i could probably find a fold, calling still isn't horrible.

      Hope it helps.
