Villian high aggro - 35/26 3bets a lot - esp in blind battles. Should I start 4-betting with AJs here?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, A.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB raises to $1.20, Hero calls $0.90.

      Flop: ($2.4) 4, 3, 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.25, Hero calls $1.25.

      Turn: ($4.9) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $3.75, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $4.9.

I like the way you played it actually, most tags these days are 3betting completely polarized ranges, their 5betting range won't change so it's no use 4betting with AJs, you'll still be a dog once you committed yourself with a 4bet. Prefer 4betting with garbage hands you can fold to a 5bet, A3o or the likes, and call in position with decent hands planning on not folding a pair in most cases. The flops you hit with AJs he'll try to bluff you on, so it's fine.

As played flop is standard for me once you decide to play back at somebody, and turn is dicey. I'd tend to think it's a fold at nl10, but if villain really is as aggro as you say he is, this is actually a card he'll be bluffing on more often than he'll be betting for value, and even if he's betting "thin" for value like TT-QQ, a raise from you shows tremendous strength he might not be able to call it off, so check/jamming is a (very high variance) option. I think it was the Kh i would do it all the time assuming you're right about villain.

      Hope it helps.
