      How should i play this hand ? I put him on overcards but when I got call on the turn i knew i was beat.

      Hi,


      Check/call the flop and take it from there. It allows him to bet overcards if he wants to so you get more value usually, and also it doesn't put you in horrible spots later on when he raises you flop donkbet or when he calls in position and you have no idea what to do on the turn.

      As played no need to bet close to pot on that overcard turn, if he's behind he won't be inclined to call, if he's ahead you're just throwing away money to him.
