      SB (Hero):
      $5.27
      BB:

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, 2.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, BB calls $0.10.

      Flop: ($0.3) K, T, T (2 players)
Hero bets $0.20, BB calls $0.20.

Am I correct to raise on the river after this kind of turn?

well your kicker doesn´t play there
You still have two pair KK and TT with 8 kicker
So c/r turn is imo not the best, better to c/c and then also call small bet on the river
I think checking river is a little better than betting. Not sure if you get called any worse hands than Kx
