Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3:
      $5.68
      CO:
      $10.00
      BU (Hero):
      $4.78
      SB:
      $5.02
      BB:
      $6.30
      UTG2:
      $5.00
      MP1:
      $3.52
      MP2:
      $2.95

Preflop: Hero is BU with 8, 7.
5 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, SB calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10.

      Flop: ($0.45) 2, 2, 8 (3 players)
SB bets $0.30, BB folds, Hero raises to $0.60, SB raises to $1.00, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $1.05.

Is the fold correct? Is my 2bet on the flop correct? What about the size of the bet?

      Hi,

Don't raise it against an unknown. You can't call a 3-bet with it, and this board is so dry that most likely SB doesn't have anything unless he's very tight. So he's have like complete air, smaller pocket pairs that are betting for information, all of these will either fold or 3-bet you off your hand when you raise. Anything else has you beat and you have no interest raising against that.

Best guess he's full of shit most of the time, just call the flop and call any turn with your top pair. If he's overall tight you can fold the turn, he likely isn't betting twice without having you beat unless he's randomly spazzing out.

      Hope it helps.
