      You might have induced bluff. So I prefer bet/folding out of position.

      This. Against a weak player it's true he'll have 9x a bunch, but he'll also have Tx 8x sometimes with a gutshot or a heart redraw, there are worse hands that are calling you when you bet that turn. If he has 9x he'll raise and you can safely fold.

      When in doubt on the turn, if you have top pair+ just bet/fold it without reads. It's better to assume everybody is calling too much with crap and get value that way at microstakes, than to always be afraid you're beat until they signal you you are.
