      Hi,


      I'd make it about $0.8, it's enough to commit him on most turns and yet small enough for him not to get scared away with slightly marginal stuff.

      As for the results he jammed a 4-outer into the nuts and got lucky, write a note saying he's an idiot and details on the line he took, then move on.
