      Is this OK reraising the turn,when he just called i pretty much knew i had him,but can i bet on the river, i think i under played a bit the river...

      Against a halfstacking 36/0/1 player you can probably treat A9 as the nuts right from the flop and call it a cooler if he's ahead really.

      Raise the flop to $0.45 for value and call a shove. He'll go broke with worse top pairs and draws altogether, most likely he'll just call with every and you can put him all-in on most turns for 2/3 pot.

      As played if you raise the turn make it bigger, $0.60 is fine.

      As played on the river it's hard to say, he can't call it off with draws anymore and we're beat by A2/A5 which we were ahead of on the flop, so it's probably not horrible to just call, tho most people would still shove it in at that point. Prefer not waiting until the draws don't have anymore reason to call to go broke tho, it's better.
