      Why do you raise the flop? If he doesn't have an A you're ahead but he's not calling the raise, if he has an A you're putting money in out of position with a 2-outer, which is just about the worse thing you can do in general.

      Just call knowing he'd c-bet a lot of air there, and reevaluate on the turn. If you're afraid he barrels the turn too often with air, then call the turn sometimes!
