      Not quite sure why you consider that 4 a scarecard, unless SB is a big fish who just happens to have a 100bb stack, he'll rarely have a 4 and the same goes for you. Only thing it changes is that it makes draws less likely to call because it paired the board.

      Standard valuebet spot with TPTK when in doubt. Tho you'll often get shown 88-99 in the end, you don't loose more money against those because if you check back the turn and he bets the river you have to call against possible busted draws that are now bluffing.
