Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:

      CO:
      $51.00
      BU:

      SB:
      $50.00
      BB:

      MP2:
      $71.91

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 8, 9.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, CO calls $1.50, 3 folds.

      Flop: ($3.75) 4, 7, 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, CO calls $2.50.

      Turn: ($8.75) A (2 players)
Hero bets $6.50, CO calls $6.50.

      River: ($21.75) Q (2 players)
      Hero bets $13.50

Villain plays 33/21/8/2,8/1,1k Vpip/Pfr/3bet/aggfactor/hands. Fold to cbet is 49%

      The flop range i put him on A5s, A7s, 78s, 56s, 55, 22-33, 88-99 and floats
The turn improves some of his hands to two pair and gives him some flush draws. On the turn i decided to bet again since he might fold a pair of sevens or worse. But at that time i was planning to barrel many rivers also to get rid of 5x hands. As the Q falls it completes some flush draws and that's it. It also scares some parts of his range (a seven 88 etc) so i decided to barrel again.

imho, i dont think its a good spot to be triple barrelling such a loose player OOP. with a cold call IP, he could almost have anything, and firing off the A didnt scare him off either.
by firing another 2/3 pot size bet on the river after the flush was completed is unlikely to generate large enough FE for him to give up his hand, other than if it is a pure bluff as your story to the backdoor FD doesnt add up. tough spot, but i would probably give up on the turn and hope to get a cheap draw.

if he calls on the turn, then likely he is going to call river,m unless he holds there 5x.
If you want to have any fold equity then shove river. Then he can consider folding there hands like A5 or random Ax hands that he floated on the flop, but if you bet 1/2-2/3 pot then likely he´d call you down
