      Hey, i got a mail from u guys that i should change poker room, and i did ( Titan Poker ) And now i have sended u guys my username and i still dont got any money

      Please allow the support team time to arrange for the transfer of starting capitals. We usually advise that you allow 96 working day hours (not including weekends), as they do get extremely busy on occasions.

      But they tryed to set my money to my pokerstars acc, but they told me to change, and my m8 did the test AFTER me and he got it now..

      That sucks : /

      Waited along time now, and my mate did the quiz 21 hours after me and he got the money? what about me? Dont u guys give the money to the ppl who do the quiz fast?: /

      as my colleagues from customer support explained to you yesterday, the transfer can take up to 48 hours.

      Unfortunately, we can't speed this process up :)

      There is no list. As soon as you're approved for the ID check, we send off the money - but it will take some time to arrive. That can be several hours or up to two days :)

      do they need my ID or why ID check, i havent got any email about that?

      The support team will notify you by email if they require an ID check or anything else before releasing the starting capital.

      now the 48 hours are over and i still got no money or email (not in junk mail either)

      can you tell me if i did anything wrong?

      what steps should i take now?

      the same was to me, so some moderator advised me to write a ticket and I got an answer really fast and it said I need to send my ID ;)

      before the 48 hours are over you get almost instant feedback here on forum or ticket

      after 48 hours it's like everyone is on holiday

      what a bullshit, now after the 48 hours they want my ID

      so sick

      and now it takes another 72 hours

      why cant they say that instantly

      according to this lazy actions, they probably wont do anything in the weekend either, and after 72 hours they probably want somehting else

      i am really pissed off because of the way they mislead me

      and like i said....they won't give me the bonus....they dont say why but i don't get it they say


      really ridiculous......just to let me register here and on the pokersite to get my personal data and to provide that to other companies

      i will see if there are more people that want to take action against this company which just lies to people to get their data

      i will take action for sure against them....maybe some people will join me here
