      I think it depends a lot on the players.
      With 100bb it is easy stack off but for 160bb I think players would not 3-bet light on the flop too many worse hands and since you hold bottom set, you´r best hope is that he has 98, overplaying overpair or maybe TJ
      So if you don´t think player is 3-betting there very often either b/c flop and going from there or c/c turn, leading turn is imo fine options. If you c/r you can´t fold your hand, but in the end you´re not ahead that often
