Hard to put him on any decent hand here besides :Ahx so how do I extract maximum value in river? Is it better to bet here or go for c/r ?

It's unlikely that he's going to try to steal on the river when you've fired two heavy barrels into a super coordinated board so I would bet out the river as well. Halfpot size would be reasonable, so nh.

I think c/r is not so bad idea on the river
He won´t really call your turn bet too many times just with one pair ahnd, so he can easily drawing there and if he doesn´t have a pair or he thinks you would c/f better hands I think c/rai is fine play
Also he should bet river for value straight and two pair hands
